How long will my purchase take to arrive?

- Click and Collect (Please allow 4 trading hours)
- Australia Post | regular shipping | no tracking (up to 3 weeks)
- Australia Post Express Shipping | with tracking (up to 1 week)
I have already placed an order but need to make a change. Is this possible?
Adding more products to your order, subtracting products from your order or even cancelling your order completely is OK! provided your order has not been shipped already.
If you’d like to make any changes to an existing order, it’s best not to send us an e-mail. The fastest way is to call during business hours on (08) 9759 1221 and we’ll arrange it. Just keep in mind that, when adding products to your order, your order might take longer to process, and we might need to charge you extra postage.
Do you ship to post office boxes?
We certainly do!
Do you ship overseas?
At this stage we are unable to ship to addresses outside of Australia.
I saw an item in store and it is not in the online store, does that mean it’s not available?
Some items may not appear in the online store for a variety of reasons. Please contact our friendly team at the store on (08) 9759 1221. We are always happy to help with queries.
Can I have my gift wrapped?
At the LemonTree we love presents!
We certainly can wrap your gift and if you require, will arrange postage direct to the recipient.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We certainly do. Please purchase a digital Gift Voucher (Click Here to view) on this website or pop into our store for a physical voucher.
Do you offer a Gift Registry?
We certainly do, please contact us either in store on (08) 9759 1221 or via email email@example.com, and our team are happy to assist with your enquiry or to establish your registry.
How do I return a product?
Change of mind
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, the LemonTree will offer a gift voucher, exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion, to the value of the item(s) originally purchased, provided that:
- Items are returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods;
- You have proof of purchase; and Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
- Packing and shipping will be at your expense for 'change of mind' returns.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped items
If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact our friendly team on (08) 9759 1221 or alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods.
Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, the LemonTree will provide a replacement, gift voucher, exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment.
If you believe your item is faulty after the 30 day time criteria, the LemonTree may require you to send the item back at your expense for assessment.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind on the purchase of the LemonTree Gift Vouchers.
