Returns & Refunds
We value every one of our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right.
Change of Mind
If you've changed your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:
- Unopened and in their original packaging
- In resaleable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
You can choose a refund, store credit or exchange. Return shipping is at your expense.
Sale items are final and not eligible for change of mind returns.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out straight away. Depending on what works best for you, we'll arrange a replacement, refund or exchange.
If you believe an item is faulty after the 30 day window, we may ask you to send it back at your expense for assessment. If a fault is confirmed, we'll cover it from there.
This policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and doesn't limit them.
Starting a Return
Email shop@thelemontree.com.au or call (08) 9759 1221 and we'll guide you through the next steps. You're welcome to return items by post or in person at our Dunsborough store. For online orders, please include your order number so we can find you quickly.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear in your account.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
