Shipping
We ship Australia-wide from our store in Dunsborough, Western Australia.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Post: $10 flat rate
- Express Post: $15 flat rate (recommended for gifts)
- Click & Collect: Free from our Dunsborough store
Dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm AWST Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same business day. Friday, weekend and public holiday orders are dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Standard Post: 3-10 business days, untracked. Remote areas may take a little longer.
- Express Post: 3-5 business days, with tracking.
- Click & Collect: Ready within 4 trading hours. We'll send you an email when your order is ready to collect.
Delivery estimates are a guide, not a guarantee. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer, and Australia Post's delivery times can shift due to factors outside our control. We dispatch as quickly as we can on our end, and we appreciate your patience once your order is on its way.
Tracking
Express Post orders include tracking, with a tracking number sent to you by email once your order is on its way.
Standard Post is untracked. If you'd like the peace of mind of tracking, especially for gifts, we recommend choosing Express Post.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
