Orders & Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Afterpay is also available for online orders, allowing you to pay in four interest-free instalments.
All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment gateway.
Yes, provided your order hasn't shipped yet. You can add items, remove items or cancel your order altogether.
The fastest way is to call us during business hours on (08) 9759 1221. Email is slower and your order may ship before we see it.
If you're adding items to an existing order, processing may take a little longer and we may need to charge additional postage.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking is included with Australia Post Express Shipping.
Please note that regular shipping does not include tracking. If you'd like the ability to track your parcel, we recommend selecting Express at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide from our Dunsborough store. Orders placed before 12pm AWST Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same business day, and Friday orders go out the following Monday.
Your delivery options:
- Express Post: $15 flat rate, tracked, 3 to 5 business days. Recommended for gifts.
- Standard Post: $10 flat rate, untracked, 3 to 10 business days.
- Click & Collect: Free from our Dunsborough store, ready within 4 trading hours.
A quick note on timing: delivery estimates are a guide, not a guarantee. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer, and Australia Post's delivery times can shift due to factors outside our control. We dispatch as quickly as we can on our end, and we appreciate your patience once your order is on its way.
Yes, we ship to PO boxes anywhere in Australia using Australia Post.
At this stage we are unable to ship to addresses outside of Australia. If you'd like to send a gift to someone in Australia from overseas, you're welcome to place an order through our online store.
Select Click & Collect at checkout. Once your order is ready (please allow 4 trading hours during opening hours), we'll send you an email letting you know it's ready for pickup.
You can collect from our store in Dunsborough during business hours. Just bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

Gifting
Absolutely. At the LemonTree we love a beautifully wrapped present. Simply let us know in your order notes at checkout.
If you'd like, we can also post the gift directly to the recipient on your behalf.
Yes. Please include this in your order notes at checkout.
If your order is being sent directly to the recipient, the invoice and pricing details are not included with the parcel.
Yes, simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. Pricing and invoice details are never included with the parcel, so it can be sent straight to them as a gift.
Yes. Digital gift vouchers can be purchased online and delivered by email, perfect for last-minute gifts. View our gift vouchers.
Physical vouchers are available in store, or you can call us on (08) 9759 1221 to arrange one.
Returns & Exchanges
If you've changed your mind, we'll offer a refund, exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion, to the value of the items originally purchased, provided that:
- Items are returned within 14 days of receipt
- You have proof of purchase
- Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging
Packing and return shipping is at your expense for change-of-mind returns.
We're sorry if this happens. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order on (08) 9759 1221 or shop@thelemontree.com.au and we'll make it right.
Depending on the issue, we'll provide a replacement, gift voucher, exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by our returns policy. If your item is faulty after 30 days, we may need to assess it before resolving the issue.
Please choose carefully. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind on gift voucher purchases.
Products & Stock
Not always. Some products aren't listed online for a variety of reasons, including limited stock or items unsuitable for postage. If you've seen something in store and would like to purchase it, please contact our team on(08) 9759 1221. We're always happy to help.
Yes. On any sold-out product page, click Notify me when available and enter your email address. We'll send you an email the moment it's back in stock. No spam, just a single notification.
