The Crack-a-Mac is the proper-purpose-built tool for cracking macadamia nuts: arguably the hardest-shelled nut grown in Australia, and arguably the worst nut to attempt with regular nutcrackers. The design uses a screw-down threaded mechanism that applies steady pressure rather than impact, splitting the shell cleanly without smashing the kernel inside. Australian designed for a uniquely Australian problem (most macadamia growers have one). Solid, simple, will last decades.

We ship Australia-wide from our Dunsborough store.

Orders placed before 12pm AWST Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same business day. Friday orders dispatch on Monday.

  • Express Post: $15 flat rate, 3-5 business days, tracked. Recommended for gifts.
  • Standard Post: $10 flat rate, 3-10 business days, untracked. Remote areas may take a little longer.
  • Click & Collect: Free from our Dunsborough store, ready within 4 trading hours.

Regional and remote areas can take a little longer, and Australia Post's delivery times can shift due to factors outside our control. We dispatch as quickly as we can on our end, and we appreciate your patience once your order is on its way.

Change of mind returns are welcome within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unopened, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Choose a refund, store credit or exchange. Return shipping is at your expense. Sale items are final.
