Care

Dishwasher safe, but hand washing extends the life of the surface and the silicone feet. Non-porous surface won't absorb odours or stains. Heat-resistant to 175°C, so the board doubles as a trivet for hot pans (do not use in the oven). For deeper cut marks over time: clean and dry the board, sand lightly with fine sandpaper (220 grit), wipe clean, then rub a thin layer of neutral cooking oil into the surface to refresh.

We ship Australia-wide from our Dunsborough store.

Orders placed before 12pm AWST Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same business day. Friday orders dispatch on Monday.

• Express Post: $15 flat rate, 3-5 business days, tracked. Recommended for gifts.
• Standard Post: $10 flat rate, 3-10 business days, untracked. Remote areas may take a little longer.
• Click & Collect: Free from our Dunsborough store, ready within 4 trading hours.

Regional and remote areas can take a little longer, and Australia Post's delivery times can shift due to factors outside our control. We dispatch as quickly as we can on our end, and we appreciate your patience once your order is on its way.

Returns

We value every one of our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right.

Change of mind returns are welcome within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unopened, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Choose a refund, store credit or exchange. Return shipping is at your expense. Sale items are final.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know and we'll arrange a replacement, refund or exchange.
