The Woll Cut & Serve 49 x 25cm Carving Board is the largest in the range, designed for roasts, slow-cooked meats and fully-loaded share platters. The integrated juice groove catches the resting juices from a roast (worth pouring back over the meat at carving), and the cut-out handle makes it easy to lift between the kitchen and table. Made in Germany by Woll from FSC-certified paper composite, the surface is knife-friendly (won't blunt blades), non-porous (won't absorb odours or stains, including from beetroot or turmeric), and dishwasher safe. Four non-slip silicone feet keep the board steady on the bench. Heat-resistant to 175°C, so it doubles as a trivet for hot cookware.

- Dishwasher safe, but hand washing extends the life of the surface and the silicone feet. Non-porous surface won't absorb odours or stains. Heat-resistant to 175°C, so the board doubles as a trivet for hot pans (do not use in the oven). For deeper cut marks over time: clean and dry the board, sand lightly with fine sandpaper (220 grit), wipe clean, then rub a thin layer of neutral cooking oil into the surface to refresh.

Orders placed before 12pm AWST Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same business day. Friday orders dispatch on Monday.

- Standard Post: $10 flat rate, 3-10 business days, untracked. Remote areas may take a little longer.
- Click & Collect: Free from our Dunsborough store, ready within 4 trading hours.

Returns

Change of mind returns are welcome within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unopened, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Choose a refund, store credit or exchange. Return shipping is at your expense. Sale items are final.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know and we'll arrange a replacement, refund or exchange.
