Product Description
Give your chicken a little Southern-style personality with Aunty Kelly's Chicken Rub from Red Gum BBQ.
Inspired by the flavours of Georgia-style barbecue, this robust spice blend combines cracked black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic, onion, thyme and cumin for a savoury, smoky rub with plenty of flavour.
Generously coat a whole chicken, breasts, thighs or wings, then let the rub work its magic for around 15 minutes before firing up the barbecue.
It's an easy way to bring bold barbecue flavour to weeknight chicken, weekend grilling or a whole bird destined for the table.
How to Use
Generously sprinkle over chicken to coat, then allow to sit for approximately 15 minutes before barbecuing.
