Granny G's Lamb Rub from Red Gum BBQ brings together garlic, rosemary, thyme and oregano with a touch of lemon for a classic herbed seasoning designed to complement the natural richness of lamb without overpowering it.
Pepper, mustard and onion add savoury depth, while the herbs and lemon bring a lovely freshness that works beautifully across your favourite lamb cuts.
Generously season the lamb and allow the rub to settle in for around 15 minutes before firing up the barbecue.
From chops and cutlets to a butterflied leg or slow-cooked shoulder, Granny G makes adding plenty of flavour wonderfully easy.
How to Use
Generously sprinkle over your favourite lamb cut to coat, then allow to sit for approximately 15 minutes before barbecuing or cooking.
