Grandpa Joe's Beef Rub from Red Gum BBQ takes its inspiration from traditional Texas-style barbecue, where good beef and simple, bold seasoning are allowed to do the talking.
Cracked black pepper leads the way, joined by mustard, onion, garlic and salt to create a robust savoury blend that's right at home with brisket, beef ribs or your favourite steak.
Generously coat the meat and allow the rub to settle in for around 15 minutes before firing up the barbecue.
Simple, full of flavour and made for anyone who believes a good piece of beef deserves a very good barbecue.
How to Use
Generously sprinkle over beef to coat, then allow to sit for approximately 15 minutes before barbecuing.
