The Le Creuset Toughened Non-Stick Rectangular Roaster combines generous proportions with fast, even heat distribution and Le Creuset’s best-ever non-stick coating. At 35cm with a 5.5L capacity, there’s plenty of space for roasting meats and vegetables, baking, poaching and even bain-marie cooking.

Crafted from cast aluminium, the pan heats quickly and evenly, delivering excellent results at low to medium temperatures. Three reinforced layers of non-stick coating cover both the inside and outside, helping food release easily, reducing the need for added oil and making the clean-up afterwards considerably less daunting.
