Myrtle & Moss is currently transitioning this hand cream into its fresh new packaging. As a small Melbourne business, they're thoughtfully using their existing tubes rather than sending perfectly good packaging to landfill.

You may receive either the previous or new packaging during this transition, but inside you'll find exactly the same beautiful Citrus hand cream.

We ship Australia-wide from our Dunsborough store.

Orders placed before 12pm AWST Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same business day. Friday orders dispatch on Monday.

  • Express Post: $15 flat rate, 3-5 business days, tracked. Recommended for gifts.
  • Standard Post: $10 flat rate, 3-10 business days, untracked. Remote areas may take a little longer.
  • Click & Collect: Free from our Dunsborough store, ready within 4 trading hours.

Regional and remote areas can take a little longer, and Australia Post's delivery times can shift due to factors outside our control. Returns

We value every one of our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right.

Change of mind returns are welcome within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unopened, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Choose a refund, store credit or exchange. Return shipping is at your expense. Sale items are final.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know and we'll arrange a replacement, refund or exchange.
