- Hand wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately to keep the warm metallic finish looking newest for longest. Avoid the dishwasher: dishwasher detergent can dull the copper-brass coating over time. The stainless steel core means no rust risk under normal kitchen use.

Orders placed before 12pm AWST Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same business day. Friday orders dispatch on Monday.
- Express Post: $15 flat rate, 3-5 business days, tracked. Recommended for gifts.
- Standard Post: $10 flat rate, 3-10 business days, untracked. Remote areas may take a little longer.
- Click & Collect: Free from our Dunsborough store, ready within 4 trading hours.

Returns

Change of mind returns are welcome within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unopened, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Choose a refund, store credit or exchange. Return shipping is at your expense. Sale items are final.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know and we'll arrange a replacement, refund or exchange.
