Care
Season the cooking surface before first use by rubbing with vegetable oil and heating gently to create a protective layer. Hand wash only with warm water and mild soap. Never place in the dishwasher. Dry immediately after washing. Lightly coat the inside with vegetable oil before storage. If rust appears, gently remove with an abrasive cleaner or steel wool and re-season.
