The RIVSALT Walnut features a black titanium-coated stainless steel grater, a walnut stand, and a Kala Namak salt rock from India. Kala Namak (also called black salt) has a bold, eggy, slightly smoky flavour from its naturally high sulphur content, which makes it the secret ingredient in vegan cooking, particularly tofu scramble, chickpea omelettes and chaat. Grate it over Friday-night popcorn for a properly distinctive snack. Designed in Sweden by Jens Sandringer. The Japanese-style grater is made in Japan, the salt rock is sourced from origin, and the gift box is sustainably made in Sweden. Includes a sustainably-produced gift box.

- Hand wash the grater with warm water and a soft brush only. Do not use soap or place in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly. The natural wood/stone stand can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Salt rock should be kept dry between uses; the high humidity of a steamy kitchen can cause it to weep slightly (this is normal and harmless). Replace the salt rock when it becomes too small to grate comfortably.

Change of mind returns are welcome within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unopened, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Choose a refund, store credit or exchange. Return shipping is at your expense. Sale items are final.
