The RIVSALT Green Marble is the most exclusive piece in the range: a gold titanium-coated stainless steel grater, a green marble stand, and a rare Persian Blue salt rock from northern Iran. The blue colour is genuine, formed when intense pressure on the salt deposits creates a crystalline structure that fractures light. The flavour is mild and silky-smooth with subtle sweetness, exceptional on seafood, salads, French cuisine and truffles. Designed in Sweden by Jens Sandringer. The Japanese-style grater is made in Japan, the salt rock is sourced from origin, and the gift box is sustainably made in Sweden. Includes a sustainably-produced gift box.

- Care
- Hand wash the grater with warm water and a soft brush only. Do not use soap or place in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly. The natural wood/stone stand can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Salt rock should be kept dry between uses; the high humidity of a steamy kitchen can cause it to weep slightly (this is normal and harmless). Replace the salt rock when it becomes too small to grate comfortably.

Orders placed before 12pm AWST Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same business day. Friday orders dispatch on Monday.

- Standard Post: $10 flat rate, 3-10 business days, untracked. Remote areas may take a little longer.
- Click & Collect: Free from our Dunsborough store, ready within 4 trading hours.

Returns
We value every one of our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right.
Change of mind returns are welcome within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unopened, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Choose a refund, store credit or exchange. Return shipping is at your expense. Sale items are final.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know and we'll arrange a replacement, refund or exchange.
