- Lead-free European crystal. Hand wash recommended for the longest life and clearest finish. Dishwasher safe on a gentle, glassware cycle, but hand washing avoids the fine micro-scratching that comes with repeated dishwasher use. Air dry upside down on a soft cloth or polish gently with a lint-free cloth.

Orders placed before 12pm AWST Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same business day. Friday orders dispatch on Monday.
- Express Post: $15 flat rate, 3-5 business days, tracked. Recommended for gifts.
- Standard Post: $10 flat rate, 3-10 business days, untracked. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Change of mind returns are welcome within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unopened, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Choose a refund, store credit or exchange. Return shipping is at your expense. Sale items are final.
