The Bodum Chambord is the coffee plunger most home cooks recognise: the design that has barely changed since 1958 because it never needed to. The 12-cup version holds approximately 1500ml. The entertaining size: brews enough for a Sunday morning houseful or a full table at a long lunch. The right pick for serious coffee drinkers and household with guests. The original French press, designed in the 1950s in collaboration with Danish architect Kaas Klaeson and produced by Bodum since. Heat-resistant borosilicate glass beaker, chrome-plated stainless steel frame and lid, matte black polypropylene handle, BPA-free, dishwasher safe.

- All parts are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended for the chrome-plated frame). Hand washing keeps the chrome looking newer for longer. Use only coarse-ground coffee (fine grinds clog the filter and can create high pressure when plunging). Replacement glass beakers are available from Bodum if the original ever cracks.

Change of mind returns are welcome within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unopened, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Choose a refund, store credit or exchange. Return shipping is at your expense. Sale items are final.
